Dear Families,

At Stepney Green, community involvement is at the heart of learning and development.  We see strong partnerships as essential for progress and well-being, hence our partnerships are on lots of different levels, ranging from local schools, organisations, to universities and corporate businesses.

Parents play a monumental role in pupil achievement and they support us by attending not only the annual Parent’s Evening, but coming for the Academic Tutoring Day meetings and the numerous other meetings/workshops that they are invited in for. Parent view is essential for our endeavours to continuously improve; hence, every parent has the opportunity to complete a survey, which gives us detailed feedback on how to improve.

It is not only pupil achievement that is important for us, but the engagement and well-being of the wider community is also of paramount importance.  2020-21 is very unusual year due to COVID-19.  As per government guidelines, we will not be able to host events for groups of parents on-site, however, we are exploring new ways of communication.  There have been online workshops/coffee sessions, where parents have been able to join from the comfort of their homes, where relevant issues are discussed and solutions explored.

How can we help you?  Can you help us?  Would you like to be involved in some way?  Would you like to find out more?  If yes, please get in touch as we would love to hear from you!
