Workshop on Bullying & Harassment: Zero Tolerance

At Mulberry Stepney Green, we are committed to fostering a school environment where every student feels safe, respected, and valued. As part of this commitment, students recently participated in a powerful workshop focused on the theme “Bullying & Harassment: Zero Tolerance.”

The day featured a range of impactful activities, including whole-school assemblies, tutor-time discussions, and a hands-on diversity workshop. These sessions encouraged students to think critically about the effects of bullying and harassment, and how they can play an active role in challenging harmful behaviours.

Students explored the importance of empathy, respect, and standing up for others—key values that help build a positive and inclusive school community. The workshop provided a safe space for honest conversations and empowered students to be upstanders, not bystanders.

We are proud of how engaged and thoughtful our students were throughout the day. Their participation demonstrated a strong commitment to creating a kinder, more supportive school culture.

At Mulberry Stepney Green, our message is clear: bullying and harassment have no place here. Together, we’re building a community where everyone can thrive.
